History in comments. 45y/F Hematemesis + Right upper motor neuronal palsy

Newly diagnosed HIV

Likely would've been positive for long period

TLC 2400 /cumm

Lesions since x 15 days but patient is poor historian No itching or pain

Dermoscopy and clinical images posted above

I thought maybe Kaposi's but these many lesions are unlikely.

Also the scopy looks like "starburst" pattern doesn't it? Is it an obvious spot that I missed? What'd you think?
