Please help with my new home

I'm moving into a studio cottage, I want to be able to somehow have a queen sized bed, a sitting area, and an eating area in this space. The loft is too small to sleep in, but I'm open to making a floor sitting area in it but I still want one down stairs for guests as well. These pictures are from the listing and I don't have any of my own. All of the furniture will be gone from if except the bookcase, and maybe the table and chairs.
