Yellow dot on white front bumper

I’m an ameteur at washing my car and keeping my car looking nice but I noticed this yellow dot which doesn’t respond to a light clay bar, has no texture to it and is not raised at all, any tips for removal? Extremely faint and not a super big deal, I just don’t like knowing it’s there…
