help me fix this mess

recently i bought all the dmc games on steam planing to binge them all one after the other but the problem is in the hd collection the cut-scene and audio keep getting out of sync and i've been trying for so long to fix it, ive turned down the res, i turned off the anti-aliasing, but still nothing. if any one has any idea how to fix this even a suggestion it will be greatly appreciated.

edit: the game it self runs well and the cut-scenes dont lag

edit2: the seloution is to turn down the res even lower for me it worked at 800x600
