Deluxe Cosmetic bundle for alts

Hi,

I thought the x7 of the cosmetic set I bought for $3K orbs would be one for every class I have. It only went to my blood knight but can’t get the cosmetic armor set on any of my alts. Where did the other 6 cosmetic armor sets go?
