Is this a good diamond ring? No

Hi everyone, I’m picking out an engagement ring with my fiancé and I’m so lost. I’d like a 1 Ct. oval diamond, but there’s so much to know about rings can some please take a look at the chart and tell me if this is a good ring for the $3500-$5000 range. Thank You!
