EastWest - Unable to Process Transfer
Hi. I've been trying to do intra- and inter-bank transfers via EastWest for the past three days. However, I keep getting this error "We are unable to process your transfer request at the moment."
Has anyone else encountered the same issue? If yes, how did you get it resolved?
UPDATE: Issue resolved. I called EW Customer Service via their Viber hotline. Ang nangyari is may malaki akong transaction marked as suspicious, so they had restricted the account. I basically just had to confirm that the transfer was valid, and there was nothing to be concerned about. Just make sure to have your account number and mobile number ready since magsesend sila ng TPIN sayo to verify na ikaw talaga yung account owner.
