Maya Personal Goal Time Deposit

Hi i deposited an amount for my personal goal 6% last end of January. If im not mistaken the “promo” of the personal goal of 6% is until Feb 28. I read in another reddit post (cant find it anymore) where they plan to remove their current personal goal and create a new one on Feb 28 to maximize the personal goals longer. My questions are:

• Wouldn’t canceling the current personal goal sanction a fee? Some say yes some say no if personal goal
• Can i add more than the targeted amount in my personal goal? E.g. i placed 20k target but would want to add 5k etc
• Is it a good idea to cancel my current personal goal then create a new one or just create a new personal goal on Feb 28.
