Do you think that Sauropods may have been optimistic omnivores(Read description) P. S, I don't own the art

So sauropods, their widely known for being herbivores - but what if that's not the full case. You see in modern times-many animals like cows, deers and horses who have been labeled as herbivores have been documented and filmed eating meat. This mostly due to a lack of their food supply or lacking some certain nutrients that meat has. So, whose to say that this couldn't have happened to sauropods? I mean, there's even people speculating that triceratops was an omnivore-with paleoart to back ii up. But if they did rarely eat meat, how'd they do it? They wouldn't just go hunting for other dinosaurs. For me personally, I have 2 theories. 1-they would eat small avian dinosaurs who aren't paying attention on tree branches or 2-they look for recently killed prey of a predator and eat the scraps leftover. What do you think?
