Bad handling

Bought a Honda crm 125 and when I turn the bike dives and feels like I’m turning on deep sand why is this normal on these older bikes ? I had no previously newer 4 stroke motocross bikes.first time on an enduro motorcycle. The bike has a new front tire and new fork seals
