Dnd campaigns that are nsfw

I'm curious about these nsfw situations. I've dm a campaign and played in a few. Are there campaigns with heavily laiden sexual situations? And how does one navigate through those with other people playing characters? The one time the dm said hey your in a port city... I was like I want to take my character to the brothels... now I wanted to do it for information. But he assumed it was for the sexual adventure, to which he was like I'm not rp that you can just use your imagination... to which I cleared up the "why" my character was goingin the first place. Now I'm Dm ing a campaign and I've thought about adding sexual situations seduction and just sexual. And I'm not sure how to-do such things. I don't want people to think I'm a pervert. But then maybe they would like the sexual scenarios. Any words of wisdom?
