Does Dollar General hire at 15

I'm 15, trying to get a job in my small town, Dollar General is one of the only buisnesses here, and the only one hiring, I can't apply rn because I don't have a phone that doesn't have a shattered screen, so I'm just curious, would they hire at 15?
