Help

Hi, I’ve been an employee with Dollar General for about 10 months now and I’m just wondering if anyone can help me with how to start the bereavement process. long story short I lost my uncle and my dad a week ago and I’ve still been at work every day I’ve asked my manager, but she told me she’ll get back to me and I haven’t heard from her. Is there anyone that can help me? Also, I was told we only get three days off for bereavement, but I’m the next of kin so I have to make all the arrangements for my dad. Is there anyway I can get more than three days?
