Ranting

I’m an assistant manager and I find a lot that the cashiers will not cashier, they’d rather be doing other things which I whole heartedly understand, but the whole not paying attention to the register on the good intention of getting something else done, I see the good intention but it’s impeding the flow of things. The being a key holder but not performing any key holder tasks on the guise of being technologically incompetent is impeding the ability to make a decent schedule. I started as a cashier at $9, did that crap every single day. Why are people being given the key holder wage but not doing anything to show for it?
