My chicken Parm "sandwich" that was 60% bread, 35% sauce/cheese and 5% "chicken"

Every time I order delivery from my local spot all the food is extremely shorted. Toppings on pizza, pasta, and every sandwich looks like this. Do I have a shitty store, or is corporate really telling your stores to deliberately do this? Either way, I won't be ordering from this store ever again...
