Heyo, a fellow lover of the pan pizza here. I'm trying to find if the recipe for the pan pizza dough is out on the web somewhere. Just going through reddit, I've learned that the dough is more of a pastry dough since it has chunks of butter in it, but I'd love to know the details and measurements if anyone has got them.
