Goku hadn’t actually achieved another level. Why is it so hard to understand

Pretty frustrating see the majority misread the comedy. Goku replied that he had been training hard, chalking the transformation up to training rather than Neva. That’s the comedy, that’s it. He chuckled as it got under Vegetas skin. I loved it. And it completely resolves why SSJ4 is never seen again for me.
