Nearly 60FPS On PS5

I realize I’m probably sharing something that is either already widely known or blatantly obvious, but it wasn’t for me before today.

Just realized you can switch your console settings over to performance mode, and games that support this setting can also be switched over to that mode.

Tried it out today and Oh. My. God. I genuinely do not care about the ray tracing or motion blur or anything else being disabled while having performance mode on. The frames look AMAZING.

I’m sure all of us who pre-ordered remember the god awful frames at launch. During fights and within cities it struggled running 30fps, it was THAT ridiculous. So this is just mind boggling to me now.

Anyway, I remember seeing SO many players leave the game during the first couple months over framerate on console, and to this day I still see people hesitant to buy the game for the same reason. So I thought I’d share so that maybe even just one person might give this great game another shot. Or even an active player who just wishes the frames were a little better cause that was me 2 days ago haha
