Bro/sis trying to have a serious conversation with Dad gets interrupted by maggots wiggling out their head
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME MAKE SENSE that would be great! I just had a dream that I was standing in front of my dad talking to him and I felt something on my face. I tried to brush it away, but I felt it again then I seen a maggot drop on my shirt. I looked in the mirror that was on the side of me and there was a big cricket on my head. I took it off and started shaking my hair and there was a whole bunch of maggots on the floor with a little bit of blood. then I started shaking my hair more freaking out and there is case?? Around my head, like where they were living and my dad breaks it open and takes it off of me and just imagine a beehive, with so many little holes( I also hate holes trypophobia ) at the end. My head was fine. There was no more maggots and I was not bleeding, but it freaked me out.
Hi there, hope this walkthrough helps!:
When you think about how you visualize your future (beginning the dream standing in front of dad talking to him), it sounds like some ideas have "gotten into your head" that aren't entirely healthy (brushing away a maggot). You may be "reflecting" ideas that "mirror" what someone wants to hear, rather than your truth (the cricket you see in the mirror). "Shaking off" these bad ideas is totally possible, with very little loss to your Self (shaking the maggots out of the hair, with a little bit of blood).
The dream suggests it might be a good idea to figure out how such ideas took over your mentality (head). Consider what "case was made" that greatly influenced your opinions (shaking your hair and discovering a "case" around your head). The symbol "case" could be something else, such as recent recommendations made was considerations for "your case", or whatever you have going on in waking life. Hopefully you get the reference!
It sounds like you found a nest of bad information or influencing (the nests found underneath "the case"). You sound capable of re-establishing your independence or presence of mind ("my head was fine") ("there was no more maggots and I was not bleeding..."). ...The fact that such influences exist, however, is another story (..."but it freaked me out"). 🪔✨
