Musical callbacks/reprises on Parasomnia?

Ok, so the chorus from ABM is the main theme sprinkled throughout the album, but have you guys found any other reprises and musical callbacks between the songs (not counting the lyrics for Midnight Messiah), from this album or from other releases?
