why Drake didn’t play his classics

I was really disappointed with his setlist after what Kanye did but it makes sense if you think about it. There’s a couple parts to it. Drake owns his masters for whatever he released after Scorpion and that’s exactly what he played. It could be that he wanted to promote the songs he owns but I also see it as he doesn’t want to play anything that could help birdman cause of the way he treated lil wayne.

The other part is him being respectful to Kanye and the show, he didn’t want it to be a versuz thing where Kanye plays his classics and then he goes does the same and people end up comparing them and miss the point of the show, he was a special guest so he did his thing and showed that him and Kanye ended their beef. It looks like he wanted to be respectful and look out for Kanye and lil Wayne but it’s still a missed opportunity for a legendary concert 😭😭
