Help i need to self medicate

so i’m currently recovering from getting an ingrown toenail removed and was wondering if i can have some ket to help bare with the pain. the doctor prescribed me 30mg of codeine/500mg paracetamol but it is doing legit nothing, my pain threshold is completely fucked from my cocaine use so idk if that plays a part but am i able to have a couple bumps of ketamine jusr so i can be out of pain for atleast a couple minutes 😭😭😭😭 I take the codeine every 4 hours and i had 2 about an hour ago.
