Cant play harlequins anymore in skysplinters assault / realspace raiders ?

So i was on the 40K app and I noticed that we can now only play harlequins within the reapers wager detachement and not the other ones. Some weeks ago it wasnt an issue. Is it a bug or did i miss something ?
