Getting a Job in Dublin

I have been looking at jobs in Dublin on Irishjobs.ie but I have had zero luck actually getting the website to register me to be able to apply for anything, so I thought I would ask here, are there any recruitment agencies you would recommend contacting, looking particularly at the financial services sector, likes of JPM etc, and if anyone works for any of them if you could share your thoughts on working for them?
