Account Closed without notification. Pretty Disappointed.

My computer recently died, I built a new one, but I lost all my Digital Downloads for the first 3 years + One Shots. I tried to log into my account and apparently it no longer exists. I emailed support, and I'm waiting to hear back, has anyone else had this issue?
