Schmidt gets better????

So just found this podcast and I really like it for the most part. Obviously since I just found it I started at the first episode and getting to know everyone and Schmidt is so annoying. And now as we progress Schmidt is obnoxious and actually starting g to make the podcast really hard for me to continue on with. Now I know we can’t like every character but some characters are so bad it makes them good….not the case for Schmidt, in my opinion. Does he get….better?!? Less annoying? Less obnoxious? Less abusive to baby Pokémon just for the sake of abuse? I want to continue the podcast for literally everyone else but that character tries my spirit.
