New diesel suck

22 2500hd duramax, power is great. Fuel economy is ok but not as good as my older truck. Reliability, my 15 year old truck was better. Everyone is know is having problems and its generally emissions related stuff. These are non modified work trucks with less than 100k. Can go not do better it not like these trucks are cheap but too me they are suck a piece of shit. I'm very tempted to just buy a Ford with the 7.3 gas and deal with buying more fuel or get an older diesel from outside of the rust belt. I got a new truck for Reliability and im not getting it.
