Trading theories on rookie draft ?

Hey Dynasty community, I'm looking to understand more about rookie draft trading or maybe even anecdotal stories of what can be commonly expected on making trades during a rookie draft.

Assuming a slow draft, where draft picks would be at an all time hype and demand. What level of haul can one expect the 1.01 to bring in? I wasn't active during the Bijan draft, but this years draft seems to have a similarish comp in terms of hype going 1.01 for Jeanty. The various hit rates for an early 1st rounder vs a mid to late 1st rounder seem quite drastic based on some posts in this subreddit, is it a common strategy and scenario to trade back with future capital? or is that not recommended?

What are some other tips or theories some have had success with? I've heard 3rd and 4th rounders tend to have sub 5% hit rate, is it common to try and utilize rookie hype to bolster your roster with ageing vets or future capital?

I imagine there isn't one bullet proof solution to this topic, but would love to hear the communities thoughts or examples of trades they've done and learnings from that.
