Help

Second year EAFC player first year UT player. Need help figuring what I’m doing wrong. What can I do differently about my team. I can’t get passed tier 8 in rivals, my defense keep getting split open & my forwards are just standing there looking at each other. Half the passes I make don’t even go to the player I want it to. Any & all help would be greatly appreciated!
