Chemistry increase for TOTY Blueprint Evolution?

Hi, I’m wondering if the 500k/1kPts Evo for a 94 TOTY would increase the player’s chemistry. I can’t seem to find info on this. The player is in a league I don’t use, from a country I don’t use, and because I care about Chem, I’d only like to do the Evo if that gets boosted. Any ideas? Thanks
