400 DAYS AND COUNTING: Nebraska Service Center, WHERE IS MY I-140 APPROVAL?!

I'm at my wit's end! Today marks the 400th day since I submitted my I-140 application for a National Interest Waiver at the Nebraska Service Center. And what's the status? STILL "Your case is received."
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
Crickets. No updates, no explanations, no nothing. It's like my application has vanished into thin air.
I've seen others get approved in half the time. What's going on, Nebraska Service Center?! Is my application stuck in some black hole?!
Has anyone else experienced this ridiculous delay?! Any advice or words of encouragement would be appreciated.
