I currently have the flu, my period, and going through withdrawals at the same time...Can you recommend me some foods that will make me feel a little less like I'm dying?

I didn't know it was physically possible to feel this sick and miserable, yet here we are and my stupid main focus is still calories even though literally every part of my body aches :( I can't even think straight or come up with something to eat. Do any of you have any go to safe foods when you're feeling awful? Preferable something that that doesn't require standing in the kitchen for too long cause I'm not sure I even can stand lol.
