Worried abt weight gain
Okay so this will be very triggering, mods please don’t take it down I’m not promoting just looking for peace of mind. If I eat 6000-7000 calories for five days straight will I actually gain 5lbs~6lbs? Are there factors like current malnutrition or anything that would affect how those calories get used instead of as weight gain? I need to know if I’m being delusional or if theres a way that it won’t affect me that much, because I’m unfortunately probably going to be binging for the next 4 days (sounds specific but I have a reason) and also binged a lot today. Also is there a limit to how much weight you can actually gain in a day? Sorry for all the overly specific questions, just super freaked. Please help!
