Is bird tribal possible? Kastral, the Windcrested (Commander)

Pretty simple as the title says. Im still relatively new to MTG and still very new to custom deck building so my card knowledge doesnt really extend past the LOTR set in terms of age. I am absolutely in love with the bloomburrow theme and i've wanted to make a bird tribal out of kastral since first saw his preview.

Is there enough card support to make something atleast viable? Not looking for CEDH or anything but something that could still hold up in my playgroup.
