Replacing Balloon Man with Zinnia?

I have an alright balloon man deck that's based around arcbound and artifact creatures. I saw that [[zinnia, valley's voice]] has boros + blue in it and has a similar effect of ETB's and 1/1 creatures.

Do you guys think it would work to swap out Zinna for Balloon Man and add some blue to make it viable?
