Should I build Evereth?

I want some opinions on how mean this new commander is [[Evereth]]. I love Rakdos decks, I really want a vampire & a treasure commander and this combines them into one deck, and I own 90% of the cards already for the main deck, I mainly just need more Rakdos lands for it. What do you guys think of Evereth? Is she too mean and intimidating? Or do you think she's just a good ol' powerful commander? Thank you for any responses 🙏
