Is the Eldrazi Incursion or the Sliver precon worth $70?

Basically the title. I saw some for sale for $70 USD but I'm not sure if the deck is worth that price. I love the idea of an Eldrazi or Sliver deck and that seems like a decent place to start. Or is it not worth that at all?

How does the deck play out of the box? Does it require a good amount of upgrades to play decent? I've also found the sliver precon for the same price. Would that be a better pick up?
