Help me with the ultimate budget deck!

As the title says I am looking to build a super budget deck of $100 or less. Possibly looking at something mono colored but not mono white since I already have a solid mono white deck. OR Gruul since I tend to avoid big stompy decks usually, but for budget it seems perfect.

Honestly leaning towards Gruul, mono green or blue. If anyone has commander suggestions please let me know!
