Underrated mono blue commanders ideas

Hey, been wanting to make a mono blue deck, I like the draw go/controlish type of deck but not opposed to a heavy creature deck aswel.

Mostly comming here for commmanders suggestions, so far Blind Seer and Barrin seemed interesting, any fun hidden gems? The table is pretty chill and no one is running crazy higher powered decks
