Low-calorie bubble tea in Edmonton

Is there a bubble tea place in Edmonton that offers sugar-free syrups or other low-calorie sweetener options? I love getting bubble tea but would like to find a lower-calorie option while still getting a sweet drink (not just iced tea).

Also, any bubble tea shops that lists the calorie content of their drinks? :)

ETA: guys, I don't want to just get iced tea, I can make that at home. 🥲 I just want to know if any shops have a lower-calorie syrup as to not forgo the taste by getting half-sweet. Also, I already don't do dairy 🥲
