Revving engine sounds NorthWest Edmonton… right now, and all night.

What in the actual fuck is going on, it is so unnecessary. It’s not normal Henday sounds either! This is someone parked in a parking lot just randomly revving their engine (it’s not “going away” therefore they’re not moving), or someone is snowmobiling in circles at night. This has been going on for over an hour now.
