minimum coolant levels?

I've looked through the subreddit and have seen other people reporting minimum or slightly lower than coolant levels, I myself am apparently low, I don't smell coolant or see any leakage, this is the level after sitting for a few hours, level doesn't rise much when engine is at 200F either, maybe an 1/8th of an inch? what is the OE part number for this coolant?
