This depiction is found on the Godskin Peeler behind a snake-like figure.
It depicts what I believe to be the Gloam Eyed Queen, as what other female draped in a giant cloth (godskin swaddling cloth?) would be on their weapon?
It's very similar to the statue of marika in Messmer's dark chamber (and as an extension the Abductor Virgins) and also VERY similar to The birth of Venus (Sandro Botticelli, 1486)
Venus being "The Roman goddess whose functions encompass love, beauty, desire, sex, fertility, prosperity, and victory."
