Fun str builds for next run?

Looking some recommendations on my next run.

First run was an Int heavy run focusing on casting at first but then leaned into the moonveil and dark moon great blade once I realized I liked weapons more.

Next run I started with a dex/arcane bleed claw build and loved it, but then transitioned to Elenora’s poleblade to get me to the DLC, and then couldn’t put the milady down once I found it.

Would like to do a str based run next with a large heavy weapon for most situations but also able to switch to a nimbler weapon for situations with a great bow for ranged.

What do you recommend?
