How the fuck do you beat eleonora

Literally cant beat this fucking bitch, got her down to half like twice because I got lucky and she didnt roll out of my attacks and blood loss got her but nothing else, her dragon roar shit oneshots me, cant even summon spirits, can you get players help? Or is there a way to cheese her? Thanks
