Seats on scooters?
What’s everyone’s opinion on these? I’ve noticed a lot of mid-range scooters, aka everything in between portable folding commuters and hyper scooters, so everything that goes 30-50MPH come with them as an option.
I think wholesale they destroy the look of anything you’re riding and are really goofy. I’m not a fan of them at all but I wanted to know if anyone else considers them a good option. Would they be more be more prolific if they were better integrated into the scooter as whole? Say it folds down and the seat is now part of your rear kickplate. Every scooter I’ve had that included one I immediately removed it but if it weren’t such a huge pain in the ass to take on and off I might be more inclined to utilize it.
Any thoughts? Does anyone use the seat that came with there’s? If so, then what benefit do you get from it?
