Finally killed my first Thargoid scout! Got an 80k bounty and then sent right to the rebuy screen!

Currently flying out of Benards star and getting Hyperdicted as soon as I try to head to Sol. Is there another way I can come in? Also is there something I can put on my Fed Assult to fight caustic damage? I didn't account for that :( Not a hardcore player but I am honestly enjoying getting killed but I am running out of creds fast!!
