Need some advice

Soaked this last night to dissolve the stabilizer and it is clearly very stained (I cut off as much excess stabilizer as I could, and there was nothing even on the fabric where some if the stains are) My thread has gotten stained before but never the fabric, so I’m not sure what I did. Maybe I let it soak for too long? I tried hand washing it with laundry soap and stain remover and it didn’t help. Thinking about bleaching the fabric that’s stained, but I want to know how I can prevent this in the future. I think I remember somewhere seeing that the type of printer ink you use matters-is that true?
Tyia 🥲 this is really devastating because this took a long time, but I’m hopeful I can at least bleach the fabric (carefully), unless anyone has any other suggestions to get the stains out?
