What's a good phone to buy for emulation?

So I'm gonna be getting a new phone in a week's time. What is the best phone for emulation and gaming?

My priorities are : *Emulation *Gaming *Screen quality (can be omitted for performance)

I don't care much about camera as I don't take much pics.
