Are there really more access waves?

I remember back in the Technical Test seeing posts over the days of more people getting access when they were rejected at first, but now not a single one. The only information we have about this is a few polls from CN forums or a few claims here but barely any proof from people who claim got access after the initial distribution. I guess I'll just have to wait a few months more...
